I was supposed to be 10 pounds lighter by this time, but yeah...not going to happen. Same ol' broken love weight song. No one wants to hear the excuses, so I'll just skip the BS, and get to what I'm going to try and do about it.
June Goals:
1. More H20....so yeah drinking half your bodyweight ( approximately 5-6 water bottles)
2. More veggies (3-5 servings a day)
3. Limit sugar
4. Limit carbs
5. At least 3 workouts a week
6. Lose 5 pounds
***crosses fingers and says a prayer**
