Rise & Run Done

Happy Saturday!!! I haven't blogged or ran in what seems like forever. Hate to make excuses, but this dreadful Maryland weather is partly to blame.

Nonetheless the sun was shining this am, the temp was just right ( low 50s), and I decided to rise & run.

It wasn't my best. It wasn't my worst. The thing was I got it done!!! 

You can say it was the unofficial start to something big this Fall. Nope not sharing (quite yet)! I feel like when I post my goals, I jinx myself. All I can say was I was inspired from some Black Girls RUN! ladies (although I haven't ran with my local chapter in month), and there's some special things in the works.
