The Goals:
1. Sub 3 half marathon
2. Pants size 6/ weight 145
3. 25k race
4. Marathon ready (yes or no?)
The Plan:
Is certainly a work in progress. I'll be going over this with run buddy/ certified run coach later this week. Until things are ironed out, I'll be following the Jeff Galloway Marathon Training.
Yes, a full marathon is my ultimate goal, but not having a train buddy scares the crap out of me. If you know me a lot can change between now and the end of year, guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I love your goal ideas. I've come to realize that just exercising with no goal line doesn't work for me. I might set some having seen yours!
