Monday: Took another day to rest from completing 9+ on Saturday
Tuesday: 2 mile neighborhood run. This should've been 3 but the heat & humidity took me out.
Wednesday: Core/ Cross Training
Thursday: 2 treadmill miles + weight

Saturday: Group long run
Weekly Total: 11.8
Monthly Total: 57. 27 (that's a monthly PR for me)
