What #NoExcuses Means to Me....

It's week 3 day 2 of the #NoExcuses challenge, and while I haven't been 100% with the daily posts/ prompts I've learned a great deal about myself.


So what does the challenge mean to me? Well just like the title implies, #NoExcuses! That's exactly right, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. 

The funny thing about it is, when the challenge was first announced I assumed I would apply it to my fitness goals. Truth is #NoExcuses has been that and more. Or "all of that and a bag of chips" as we used to say in the 90s. In these three short weeks, I've seen the challenge affecting my personal life as well. Household chores, kids projects, qt with my husband....you name it, I've somehow managed to apply the #NoExcuses motto to it.

A few weeks ago, I wouldn't say that. So I'll keep trucking step by step, day by day constantly reminding myself to get ir done. This challenge has definitely reassured me that this is my life, my journey. I'm taking ownership of everything, and making #NoExcuses along the way.
