Sweet & Sour Chicken
Ingredients:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/2 c pineapple
Stir Fry Veggies ( red onion, green, yellow & red peppers)
1 bottle La Choy Sweet & Sour Sauce
Olive Oil
1. I cubed and seasoned the chicken. Feel free to use any variety that you enjoy. I chose garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and a dash of season salt.
2. The chicken was next throughly cooked. Afterwards the fat was drained.
3. I sautéed the vegetables and pineapples with a drizzle of olive oil.
4. I added the vegetables to the chicken, then covered in on bottle (10 oz) of the La Choy Sweet & Sour Sauce. Mix together and covered, I allowed everything to simmer under low heat for 10 minutes.
So there you have a delicious, nutritious meal in under 30 minutes. Oh did I mention it's Glueten Free!
