Low-carb for Lent

Ash Wednesday snuck up on me this year. So all day I've been thinking about what I'm going to sacrifice. Since I'm not going to hit my benchmark weight loss by February 14th, I'm taking a different approach. Over the next forty days, I'm going to follow a low- carb meal plan.

This will definitely present a series of challenges for me. Bread and pasta are kinda staples in my diet. 

Here's to hoping I can remain low carb for lent. More details on the journey will be blogged over the upcoming weeks.
