So at the beginning of the year, I set a goal is lose 5% of my body weight by Valentines. Although, it's less than 24 hours away, I think it's safe to say that I will not meet that goal. No hard feelings. I missed it by 1.4 pounds.

I'm proud of the small changes I've made. I'm the smallest I've been in three years, and confident that 2015 will be the year that I finally return to my pre pregnancy size. I'm committed to working out at least 4 days a week, making healthier eating choices, and tracking my food intake.
New goal for the remaining of the month is to get under 160.
