Wellness Wednesday: Non-scale Victory!

Its been weeks since I've hopped on the scale. Just a few moments ago, I walked past my few length mirror and noticed major room in fanny. Sorry in advance for no pic, but I'm the worse at selfies (especially full body shots). I've also noticed changes in my waist at my belt loop keeps going in. All in all, I'm uber excited!

It's almost hard to put into words, but let's just say I have enough room back there than I grasp more than a handful….of my jeans that is. Okay, TMI I get it, but after all this is my site, and I'm proud of the  progress I'm making. As for the belt, I probably could go down a size on that as well.



I'm not where I used to be, not where I want to be but progress is progress and it doesn't have to be all about that number on the scale. Pre pregnancy I was a 6, at my heaviest i was a 14, and right now I'm in a size 12 jeans. My plan is to just keep active, aim to burn 400-500 calories 4x a week, and keep my caloric intake between 1200-1500 daily.
